Mission & Vision

To create an enabling environment that will counteract the phobia people have for hospitals by an effective harnessing of a well-inspited, good attitude and motivated workforce who see their job as a vocation rather that a mere bread basket; using state-of-the-art equipment to render qualitative and excellent medical services comparable to what is obtained in the western world.

The vision seeks to breakdown the mission statement into measurable, objective and actionable plans. They are:

    1. To bring to Nigeria the beauty, excellence, expertise, aesthetics and attitude that has distinguished medical practice in the Western world.

    3. Prove emphatically that the excellent medical practice in the western world is possible and sustainable in Nigeria by an effective harnessing of a well-inspired workforce using state-of-the-art equipment and breaking through the trappings of our background that cast limitation and frustrates the full expression of our God-given potentials.

    5. Provide first class, international standard medical services through the recruitment, retention and use of high-level skilled manpower in the field of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology,Assisted Reproductive Technology, Cardiology, General Surgery, Radiodiagnostics and Laboratory Medicine.
    6. Inspire a sense of corporate ownership amongst all cadres of staff by creating a working environment devoid of rancor and poaching of patients. Building a community of vocationals expressing their skills in harmony within the same environment and jointly pursuing excellence with passion. An organization where excellence is recognized, acknowledged and rewarded with an effective organogram ensuring that no man’s views is oppressed.

    8. Counteract the phobia people have for hospitals by addressing the attitude of the workforce toward clients and completely eliminate the smell that characterizes hospitals.

    10. Ensure the patients and clients know their rights and are properly cared for regardless of race, religion, gender or lifestyle. As such, patients should accept medications and procedures only after they have been properly briefed of their treatment program.

    12. Develop the Assisted Conception Unit to such a level as to ensure a consistent pregnancy rate of 70% and take home baby rate of 63.6%. Accordingly, the training and retraining of Embryologists and IVF specialists will always be at the front burner of our corporate policy. An Academy for the Study of The Problems of Infertility, Human Reproduction and Embryology (ASPIRE) will be established.

    14. Provide an enabling environment for the training of DIFF Medical personnel at home and abroad.

    16. Establish a Technical department and BioMedical Unit that can maintain the quality, aesthetics and functionality of our high tech equipment through constant training and technical exposures at home and abroad.

    18. Develop a fog-of-the-art diagnostic capability and capacity in Laboratory Medicine (Blood Chemistry, Haematology, Microbiology, Endocrinology, Histology and Cytopathology), Radiodiagnostics (Digital X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, Mammography, 3D/4D Ultrasonography) and a 24 hours Blood Bank and Plasmapheresis facility.
